New high-performance S300 frequency inverter from LS Electric

Vector Energy presents the new S300 frequency inverter from LS Electric, a compact and high-performance solution designed for advanced motor control in industrial machinery, energy, and automated process applications.

The new S300 series offers a wide range of powers, from 0.4 kW to 75 kW in 230 V versions, and up to 220 kW in 400 V, allowing the control of both asynchronous motors and permanent-magnet motors.

The compact design of the equipment facilitates its integration into electrical panels and new installations, while its Smart LCD console provides intuitive configuration and monitoring. Its features include parameter copying and updating, as well as predictive maintenance tools for critical components such as capacitors, fans, and relays.

The S300 incorporates advanced sensorless control and PID regulation functions, ensuring precise and efficient operation in variable-speed applications. Additionally, it integrates the STO (Safe Torque Off) safety function, in compliance with current industrial safety requirements.

To optimize network quality and simplify electrical installation, the series incorporates integrated DC inductance, EMC filter, and a 24 V control power supply.

Connectivity is another of the new variator’s strengths, thanks to a wide range of industrial communication and expansion options. The S300 supports optional cards for encoders, expansion of I/O ports, and protocols such as RAPIEnet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, and Profinet, facilitating its integration into automation environments and Industry 4.0 platforms.
