1. OWNERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OFFERED
VECTOR ENERGY GLOBAL, S.L. (hereinafter, “Vector”) is the owner of the website vectorenergy.com, an Internet site dedicated to offering information services related to the activities that Vector may develop.
The vectorenergy.com website (hereinafter, the “vectorenergy.com”) provides information to its users on products, solutions, services, news and other matters of interest related to the aforementioned activities.
No commercial transactions are carried out on the Web Site and the services provided by Vector through the Web Site are free of charge unless otherwise specified in relation to any of them.
Vector has its registered office at C/Montcada, 7 – Polígono Industrial Les Pereres, 08130 Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona) and is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 40039, Folio 191, Page B 357625, Inscription 1ª, with C.I.F. B-64.702.277.
2. CONDITIONS OF USE
The use of the Web Site implies the unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the conditions contained in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any of the conditions of this Legal Notice you should not use the Web Site.
3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Vector informs you that the personal data provided to Vector by the user, either through the Website or in any other way, will be incorporated into a file owned by Vector, who guarantees the security and confidentiality of such data.
The responsible for the treatment of this file is Vector, with registered office at C/Montcada, 7 – Polígono Industrial Les Pereres, 08130 Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona), Spain. Users may exercise their rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of their data by sending an e-mail to marketing@vectorenergy.com. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, as well as revoke your authorization for the use of your images. You may also request the limitation, opposition and portability to the processing of your data under certain circumstances, in which case they will only be kept for the fulfillment of the legally foreseen obligations.
Vector collects the personal data of the users in order to provide the services offered in the Web Site, to elaborate user profiles with the intention of improving and personalizing the services, and for commercial, advertising and training purposes. In the event that the data collected are to be used for purposes other than those previously mentioned, Vector will request the express written consent of the user.
Vector has adopted the necessary technical measures to guarantee the security of such data and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, according to the current regulations.

Vector is the exclusive owner of the exploitation rights of the Web Site, so any reproduction of the totality or part of it must be expressly authorized by Vector.

The Web Site may contain links to other web pages with the purpose of complementing the services offered to the user. Vector is not the owner of such web pages, so it is not responsible for their contents or for the damages that the use of such web pages may cause to the user.
If the user of the Web Site accesses such web pages and the services they offer, Vector will remain alien to any kind of relationship that could be established between the user and the owners of such web pages or any third parties related to them. Likewise, the owner of a web page which intends to insert a link to the Website must obtain, previously, an authorization from Vector.
Vector will not be responsible for the contents of those web pages in which there is a link to the Web Site and will remain alien to the relations that could be established between the owners of such web pages and the users of the Web Site.
7. USE OF COOKIES
The Website uses “cookies” to be able to customize the contents of the page for the benefit of the user. A “cookie” is a data file that is stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer and allows us to know the type of browser or operating system used, as well as the user’s interests and preferences. The commercial relations between Vector and its customers are governed by Vector’s General Conditions of Sale and/or by other general conditions or specific agreements. The Web Site may contain statements of a subjective nature that express the opinions of Vector or third parties regarding future events and are therefore subject to uncertainty. Vector is not responsible for the influence that these statements may have on the user or for the consequences of such statements on the actions or omissions of the user.
Vector is not responsible for errors or failures in the operation of the Website, whether intrinsic or due to the characteristics and limitations of the Internet. The user assumes any risk arising from the use of the Internet, including the possible transmission of computer viruses. Vector does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Website services and shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the interruption of the services. In particular, Vector shall not be liable in circumstances of force majeure such as fires, strikes and power cuts or any other unforeseeable or unavoidable events.
In any case, Vector shall only be liable for damages that were foreseen or could have been foreseen at the time of the use of the Website by the user, and that are a direct and necessary consequence of the infringement by gross negligence of substantial contractual obligations.
The fact that the Web Site describes or presents certain products does not imply a commitment by Vector that such products will be available to the user.
The exclusion of liability and warranties described in this section shall apply to Vector and its directors, officers, employees and agents.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The conditions of use of the Web Site contained in this Legal Notice, as well as the relations between the user and Vector, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Spanish laws. For the solution of any conflict that may arise, the user and Vector expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
